I hold a Master's in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in learning theories, curriculum development, and assessment strategies. My approach is learner-centered; I prioritize understanding the needs and preferences of my audience to ensure that each design is not only informative but also engaging and impactful. 

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across various industries, including healthcare, education and corporate training. This diverse experience has enriched my ability to adapt content and delivery methods to suit different contexts, ensuring that learning is both accessible and relevant. 

In addition to my design skills, I am proficient in using a variety of authoring tools and technologies such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. I stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek to enhance my skills through professional development and networking. 

When I'm not developing instructional materials, I enjoy cooking and learning how to cook new dishes. I believe that lifelong learning is essential, and I strive to inspire others to embrace it as well.
